Job Description
- Provide direct patient care in outpatient clinic settings, inpatient units, cath lab, and operative care.
- Maintain professional competency, courtesy, and flexibility and provide the necessary services of this specialty.
- Perform all aspects of Vascular Surgery within approved credentials and privileges.
- Participate in program planning, objectives, policies, and standards essential to the delivery of quality care.
- Participate in all aspects of the Vascular selection.
- Manage patient workload within available staffing, which may include support of mid-levels, student, and resident education.
- Appropriately document own interventions and review appropriate health team documentation of patient treatment plans and involve the primary care provider when indicated to treat changes in the patient's condition.
- Recognize complex situations that impact patient care and intervene, using sound judgment, professional attitude, and appropriate channels.
As a Staff Vascular Surgeon at CTVHCS, you will be involved in providing high-quality, compassionate care to our veteran population. Your work schedule will be Monday through Friday, from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. with rotating on-call, allowing for a healthy work-life balance. In addition to competitive salaries ranging from $350,000 to $400,000, we offer annual performance bonuses and regular salary increases that reflect your hard work and dedication.
