    Job Description

    • Outpatient only with reasonable volume in the 14-15 per day range
    • Patient-centric team-based care MD/DO, APCs, RNs, MAs, PSRs, SW, Health Coaches approach
    • Full or part-time opportunities with flexible scheduling
