Job Description

• Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm with occasional prescheduled weekend day or weekday evening for community-based events
• Job Setting: Mobile Care Clinic
• Types of Cases: Basic health screenings, vaccinations, physicals, short-term chronic disease management, navigation of substance use disorder resources, point of care testing (rapid strep, UA, urine pregnancy, hemoglobin, hemoglobin A1c)

Requirements

• Board Certified
• Certifications: DEA, BLS
• Licensure: Active California license required
