• Schedule: Monday-Friday 12-hour shifts 3 times per week, 7am-7pm
• Job Setting: Outpatient - Walk-In Clinic
• Types of Cases: Acute illness visits
• Credentialing: 30 days

Requirements

• Board Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine
• Certifications: BLS, DEA
• Licensure: ND license or active IMLC
