Requirements

• Licensed NP or PA in New York
• National certification (ANCC, AANP, NCCPA)
• Valid DEA
• Minimum 2 years of nephrology experience
• Experience in outpatient, inpatient, and dialysis settings
• Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently
