• Schedule: Days and nights with 24-hour call
• Setting: ER and inpatient hospital coverage
• Type of Cases: Routine general surgery
• Credentialing: 90 days

Requirements

• Board Certified General Surgeon
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, ATLS, CALS, NRP
• Licensure: Utah license or ability to obtain
