Hospital's Women's & Children's Clinic is seeking an innovative, dynamic, and flexible OB-GYN who enjoys working with a supportive and caring group of healthcare professionals and desires a work-life balance with schedule flexibility! Come join our team of 3 full-time physicians and 1 nurse practitioner and serve a local population of approximately 35,000 residents in beautiful rural Eastern Oregon.

Job Description

• Outpatient Rural Health Clinic
• Four 10-hour days per week
• Average of 13-17 patients per day. For providers averaging 15+ patients per day who intend to continue to increase their capacity, a scribe can be provided
• 11 exam rooms, 1 non-stress testing room with up-to-date equipment, 2 ultrasound machines for clinic use
• Behavioral health on-site for consultation and warm handoff
• 1:3 call
• Dedicated Family Birthing Center with certified lactation consultant services
• Epic EMR integrated in clinic and hospital setting
• Very competitive total compensation opportunity (450k+)
• RVU production bonus opportunity based on annual threshold
• Quality incentives up to $110,000 annually, commencement bonus of $40,000, $8,000 annual CME, licensing, dues, subscription + paid CME time, student loan assistance
