Job Description

• Schedule: 1, 8-hr clinic monthly, flexible day of the week, clinic hours 05:30-16:30
• Job Setting: Outpatient clinic
• Types of Cases: Consults and minor procedures (colposcopy, vulvar biopsy, IUD insertion)
• Credentialing: Standard process, 8-12 weeks; no emergency privileges

Requirements

• Board Certified/Board Eligible: BC/BE acceptable in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Certifications: BLS
• Licensure: Washington State License required
