• Outpatient practice; permanent position

• Monday to Friday (36.5 patient contact hours)
• Partnership TeleNurse service for after-hours call

Requirements

• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• Active Illinois licensure (by start date)
• DEA by start date
• Experience with primary care procedures, preferred
