• Credentialing takes 60 days

Requirements

• Board Certified/Board Eligible: BC/BE in ABEM (or osteopathic equivalents)
• Certifications: ACLS, ATLS (If ABEM, need current ACLS and 1X proof of ATLS)
• Licensure: Active TX State Medical License, DEA with TX address
