Job Description

• Schedule: 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off (flexible); Will consider providers with 1 week of availability
• Job Setting: Level 1 Trauma Center; Outpatient Clinic - 8 hours; Night Call; 24 hour call with a 30 minute response time; some rounding on inpatients
• Types of Cases: Bread-and-butter neurosurgery + trauma

Requirements

• Licensure: Active IL License
