Job Description

• Schedule: 3–4 weeks per month, 8 a.m.–4 p.m. clinic with night call and 24-hour call 1:6
• Job Setting: Hospital, clinic, call
• Type of Cases: General urology care in clinic and on call, cystoscopy, vasectomies, prostate biopsy, TURP, uroflow/cuff, bladder scans, ureteroscopy, nephrectomy, cystectomy, ESWL, Botox injections, etc.
• Credentialing: 3 months

Requirements

• Board Certified Urology or Truly Board Eligible Urology (0–5 years upon residency completion)
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, DEA
• Licensure: Active Washington license or IMLC with LOQ in hand at presentation
