• Board Certified or Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Current, unrestricted DEA registration or eligible
• Physician who wishes to sustain and continue to grow in a thriving independent practice

Practice Overview

• Monday-Thursday, 8-5 and Friday 8-12
• Fully equipped, state-of-the-art facilities with in-house moderately complex lab (that includes hematology and chemistry), X-Ray, and bone density
• Equal division of practice on-call rotation on parity with other providers (phone calls only)
• EMR eClinicalWorks
