Job Description

• Up to $75k sign-on bonus for qualified candidates.
• Seeking valued, independent full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join our Anesthesia team.
• W-2 status.
• CRNAs will practice at the top of their license and have the opportunity to practice independently.
• New grads and experienced CRNAs welcome.
• Current WI state license a plus.
• ACLS and PALS required.
• Providers may support affiliated ambulatory locations.

The Practice

Froedtert Pleasant Prairie Hospital - Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin

• Level III Trauma Center and Stroke Center.
• 150-bed facility and a 30-bed Emergency Department.
• Annual surgical volume of 7,200.
• 17 operating rooms, 1 ASC, and 1 OP GI Center.
• Other areas of coverage include 3 cath labs, 2 C-Sections ORs, and 7 GI/Endoscopy rooms.
• Case mix includes General surgery, Gyn, ENT, Urology, Plastics, Ortho, IR, EP, Cardiac, GI endoscopies, and Ophthalmology.
