Internal Medicine or Family Practice Physician

Vivo HealthStaff is searching for an Internal Medicine or Family Practice Physician with a desire to work with the geriatric population. The physician will be the clinical leader of an expansion in the San Diego market. This is a full-time position with competitive benefits.

Job Description

• Operational and strategic initiative (enrollment growth, patient experience, provider productivity, HCC/RAF scores, hospital admissions, provider satisfaction)
• Lead monthly provider/clinical quality meetings
• Provide direction and guidance for office staff and clinical providers
• Supervise NP/PAs
• Ensure provider compliance with regulatory and legal requirements

Requirements

• A valid and unrestricted California medical license
• Board eligible or board certified in Internal Medicine, Family Practice, or Emergency Medicine
• A valid DEA license
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a physician
