Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist

Vivo HealthStaff is recruiting Child and Adolescent Psychiatrists for openings in Jacksonville, North Carolina. This is not a TelePsych position. This role involves inpatient and residential treatment work. Both full-time employed or independent contractor models are available. Medical Directorship opportunities are also present. The position offers a Monday - Friday schedule, with a 40-hour work week. The facility is conveniently located just 15 miles from the beautiful beaches of North Carolina.

Job Description

• Provide psychiatric care to both adult and adolescent patients or exclusively to adolescent patients, as per preference.
• Engage in inpatient and residential treatment work.
• Opportunity to take on Medical Directorship responsibilities.
• Not a TelePsych position; in-person presence required.

Requirements

• Valid medical license in North Carolina.
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Psychiatry with fellowship in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry.
• Experience with child and adolescent cases preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
