Hospitalist/Laborist

Join a physician-owned group in Phoenix, Arizona, providing high-quality inpatient medical care to obstetric and gynecological patients. We are seeking a dedicated Hospitalist/Laborist to manage labor and delivery while providing exceptional patient care. This is a hospital-based position.

Job Description

• Physician-owned group with a collaborative team environment
• Hospital-based, 6-7 shifts per month, 24-hour shifts
• Access to all hospital support staff including specialists, APPs, RNs, and ancillary birthing services
• Flexible schedule and shift structure to allow for consecutive days off

• Labor & Delivery
• Vaginal deliveries & cesarean sections
• Postpartum & newborn care

Compensation and Incentives

• Base salary $280k - $315k per year ($140 - $150 per hour with the ability to pick up additional shifts)
• $25k sign-on bonus
• $10k relocation stipend
