Physician Assistant or NP/RNFA

A leading surgical services group in Fort Worth, Texas is seeking to expand its team with the addition of a Physician Assistant or NP/RNFA. This is a surgery-only position. No multi-level scoliosis cases.

Job Description

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, with no call or weekend responsibilities.
• Surgical time: 25-30 hours per week. Not uncommon to have 1-2 cases in a day and finish early.
• Responsibilities: First assist duties only. No orders, clinic, or rounding required.
• Salary: $130,000 - $150,000 per year based on experience, with a 1-2k quarterly bonus structure.
• Experience: Candidates must have at least 1 year of spine or neurosurgery surgical first assist experience.
