A leading neurosurgical group in Lafayette, Louisiana is seeking a Physician Assistant (PA-C) or NP/RNFA to join their well-established and highly respected team. This is an exciting opportunity to work 1:1 with a board-certified neurosurgeon in both the operating room and clinical settings, offering hands-on experience and growth in a fast-paced surgical environment.

Job Description

• Salary: $110,000 - $140,000 (based on experience)
• Bonus: $5,000 sign-on bonus paid after 6 months
• Schedule: Full-time, mix of OR and clinic
• Training & Mentorship: Supportive onboarding with direct access to a skilled neurosurgeon

Requirements

• Current or eligible Louisiana licensure as a PA-C or NP/RNFA
• Interest in or experience with neurosurgery or surgical specialties
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
