A busy thriving urology private practice in Lubbock, Texas is looking to recruit a new partner to join their growing team. High demand area with a 3.5 million patient draw area including out of state. Strong earning potential from day one with new patients being sent directly to the incoming physician.

Job Description

• Immediate patient volume: Current 4-6 week wait for new patients ensures a strong patient base from day one.
• Practice flexibility: No fellowship required but welcomed, with no preference on the type of urology procedures incoming physician performs.
• Procedure locations: Most procedures performed at local physician-owned ASC. Office procedural rooms also available.
• Mentorship opportunities: Work alongside experienced physicians eager to support and mentor new providers.
• Optional call: Take paid ER call if desired to help build your practice.

Compensation and Benefits

• First-year guarantee: Competitive salary based on MGMA data.
• Exceptional earning potential: Expect to make $1.2+ million with fee-for-service model between years 2-3.
• Partnership opportunities: Ownership/partnership in the clinic, ASC, and surgical hospital available after the first year, with no buy-in or overhead required for the clinic.
• Benefits: Full benefit options including 401k, PTO, healthcare, and malpractice insurance.
• Signing bonus and relocation assistance: $50,000 signing bonus and $15,000 relocation allowance.
