Job Description

• Shift Length: 13 hours (8am-9pm & 7pm-8am)
• Patient Volume: 8000 per year and 700 ER visits monthly (10% emergent; 47% urgent; 35% less urgent; 8% non-urgent)
• Electronic Medical Records (EMR): EPIC
• Trauma Level: 4

Requirements

• License: MN
• DEA: DEA
• Board Certification: Board Certified, Board Eligible will be considered
• Life Supports: BLS, ACLS, PALS, ATLS or CALS (ACLS must be AHA), Stroke certification from NIHSS required. ATLS is waived if ABEM but providers must show proof of holding ATLS at one time.
• Covid/Flu Vaccination: Not required
