Job Description

• Shift Length: Ideally would like 1 week per month (including weekend) with ongoing coverage. Weekend Hours are Fri 5 PM to Mon 8 AM. Clinic hours are 8 AM - 5 PM.
• Patient Volume: IP Average is 3-5. ED Annual Volume is 1200 (Average 3-4 patients/weeknight) (Average 7-12 patients over the course of the entire weekend). Average 14-16 patients/day in Clinic (50/50 adults/peds - typically more adults).
• Electronic Medical Records (EMR): EPIC.
• Trauma Level: IV.

Requirements

• License: MN.
• DEA: MN.
• Board Certification: ABEM or ABFM.
• Life Supports: BLS, ATLS, AHA (American Heart Association) ACLS (will not accept any other ACLS; it has to be the AHA one).
• Covid/Flu Vaccination: Required, exemptions available.
