Job Description

• Shift Length: 12 or 24 hr shifts
• Patient Volume: Average 18 - 30 per 24hr shifts (7700 annual volume)
• Electronic Medical Records (EMR): EPIC, Dictation is Fluency
• Trauma Level: IV

Requirements

• License: Wisconsin State License required
• DEA/CSR: DEA Required
• Board Certification: FM with ER experience or EM Boarded
• Life Supports: ATLS, ACLS, PALS and BLS. Certifications must be in person and hands-on via AHA. No online classes will be accepted.
• Covid/Flu Vaccination: Current Flu Shot or declination. No requirements for COVID currently.
