Job Description

• Shift Length: 24 hour shifts, 8a-8p, can extend to 48 or 72 based on need or provider comfort
• Patient Volume: 8-10 daily
• Electronic Medical Records (EMR): CSPI
• Trauma Level: V

Requirements

• License: SD
• DEA: Yes
• Board Certification: NCCPA, AANPCB, ANA, USMLE, COMLEX-USA
• Life Supports: BLS, ACLS, PALS, ATLS
• Covid/Flu Vaccination: Yes, otherwise need exemption forms
