Job Description

• Shift Length: 12 hour shifts (10-10)
• Patient Volume: Approx. 21 patients/day
• Electronic Medical Records (EMR): Epic with Dragon Dictation
• Trauma Level: IV

Requirements

• License: Wisconsin
• DEA/CSR: Wisconsin DEA Required
• Board Certification: PA - NCCPA, NP - ANCC/AANP
• Life Supports: ATLS, ACLS, and PALS or ACLS and CALS (Trauma Module)
• Covid/Flu Vaccination: Preferred but not required
