Job Description

• This role is responsible for providing and managing direct patient care in the clinic, including physical examinations, evaluations, assessments, diagnoses, and treatment for a specified patient population.
• Patient volume: 6-8 patients per day
• Electronic Medical Records (EMR): Meditech
• Trauma level: IV

Requirements

• License: Iowa
• DEA/CSR: DEA required
• Board certification: EM, FM, and IM
• Life supports: BLS, ACLS, PALS, ATLS
• Covid vaccination is mandatory or exemption from Wapiti is required. A recent physical examination is also necessary, and we accept physicals completed by a Primary Care Physician (PCP) within the last four years or our provided form.
