    Radiation Oncologist

    MercyOne Dubuque is in need of a Radiation Oncologist to provide full-time coverage as soon as possible!

    Job Description

    • Schedule: 8 AM to 4:30 PM with 30 minutes for lunch - 8 hours per day
    • No call
    • Facility is looking for full-time coverage only. Provider must be available to work 4-week stretches at a time. Provider can take some time off in between 4-week stretches, but cannot take time off within the 4-week block.
    • Number of Physicians in Practice: 1
    • Will there be other Radiation Oncologists present during locum tenens coverage? No
    • Average number of patients per day - Outpatient (Clinic/Office): 20-25 on treatment with weekly treatment visits, follow-ups, and consults
    • Average number of patients per day - Inpatient (Call/Rounding): 0-1
    • Trauma Level: 2
    • Adult patients
    • EMR: Aria
    • Credentialing timeframe: Facility can offer temp privileges which is approximately 30-60 days

    Requirements

    • Board Certified
    • Active IA license or IMLC
    • COVID Vaccine
    • Must be available to offer coverage for 4-week stretches at a time
    • Aria documentation
    • Local/within driving distance
