  - Physician: Monday-Friday; 8 AM - 5 PM, 2 weeks/month
  - Support: 1 RN, 2 MAs, 2 APPs
- EMR System: Epic

- Certification: BC ABIM
- Fellowship: Gastroenterology
- License: Active Washington upon presentation; IMLC
- Life Certifications: ACLS, BLS
- Must be willing to be cross-credentialed
