LPN - Internal Medicine Department

WCS Healthcare is working with one of Hudson Valley's premiere medical groups seeking experienced LPNs to work within their Internal Medicine Department at their Mt Kisco, New York location. This is a full-time opportunity to work 40 hours per week, typically Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, with no weekends!

Job Description

• Provides nursing care to patients/significant others via direct and/or telephone contact, following established standards and practices.
• Coordinates with other members of the care team to ensure seamless care delivery, maximal coordination of efforts, and active patient participation in planning and care.
• Assists physicians or other providers with clinical procedures and participates in patient teaching.
