Job Description

• 10-hour weekday day shifts
• General trauma, spinal, and epidural procedures required
• Regional, neurological head and spine procedures required
• Post-operative epidural and extremity blocks required
• Epidural steroid procedures lumbar and cervical
• Transforaminal procedures and line placement required
• PALS, ACLS, and BLS certifications required
• Board certification required
