Job Description

• 7 on 7 off schedule
• Tuesday through Monday, 8am - 6pm
• 12 - 15 patients per day
• Team includes 3 physicians and 2 nurse practitioners
• EMR: EPIC
• Onsite position with hospital privileges required
• Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
• Assignment details and time entry in online portal
