Outpatient Pediatric Physician

West Virginia University School of Medicine Eastern Division, Department of Pediatrics seeks an Outpatient Pediatric Physician (ranks available: Assistant, Associate or Full Professor). The successful candidate will be expected to practice in Morgan County, WV.

Job Description

• Practice in the areas of Pediatrics, providing excellent patient care
• Actively involved in teaching medical students, residents, and fellows
• Clinic Address: 2055 Valley Road, Berkeley Springs, WV
• Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8 AM - 5 PM
• Call requirements: after-hours phone call only
• EMR: EPIC
• Providers in clinic: 1 Family Medicine Physician & 1 Family Medicine APP
• Expected patient volume: 16-18 per day
• Expectation of patient age range: Birth to 24 years

Requirements

• MD or DO degree or foreign equivalent
• State medical license and DEA registration required by start date
• Completed Pediatric residency program
• Board certified/eligible in Pediatrics
• All qualifications must be met by the time of appointment
