    Job Description

    • Perform annual healthcare evaluation for adults in all age groups.
    • Diagnose and manage acute illness.
    • Diagnose, treat, and manage chronic illness such as heart disease, cholesterol management, diabetes, thyroid, other endocrine disorders, and arthritis.
    • Provide patient education, disease prevention guidance, and health maintenance support.

    Requirements

    • Graduate from an accredited Medical School.
    • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
    • Active New York Medical License.

    Salary Information

    The salary range is $250,000 - $290,000 annually. The salary listed is a good faith determination of potential base compensation that may be offered to a successful applicant for this position at the time of this job advertisement and may be modified in the future. When determining a team member's base salary, several factors may be considered as applicable (e.g., location, specialty, service line, years of relevant experience, education, credentials, negotiated contracts, budget and internal equity).
