Primary Care Provider

Join our team as a Primary Care Provider in a collaborative environment with a pharmacy onsite. This position offers a Monday to Friday schedule with no weekends, allowing for an excellent work-life balance.

Job Description

• Provide routine primary care, wellness assessments, and refer for specialty care
• Join a location with 5 other providers and a pharmacy onsite
• Provide patient care to patients of all ages (pediatric, adolescent, women's health, and adults)
• Evaluate patients' medication needs and write prescriptions
• Communicate with case workers, RN teams, and other ancillary staff to ensure treatment plans are carried out
• Provide patient education around health promotion, disease prevention, and health maintenance
