NP/PA - Primary Care

We are seeking a dedicated NP or PA to join our dynamic multi-specialty practice. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide comprehensive medical care to a diverse patient population, focusing on preventive care, diagnosis, and treatment of acute and chronic illnesses.

Job Description

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Manage chronic diseases and coordinate care with specialists.
• Perform routine check-ups, screenings, and immunizations.
• Educate patients on health maintenance and disease prevention.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records.

Requirements

• 2 years of experience required.
• BC NP or PA.
• Spanish or any other language skill preferred but not required.
• License NY.

Compensation

• $100,000 - $150,000
