Neurologist

Our client is seeking a Neurologist to join a highly regarded outpatient-focused medical group in New Haven, CT. Job Description

• Provides medical care related to disorders of the brain, spinal cord, and nervous system.
• Examines patients and obtains medical histories.
• Orders, performs, and interprets diagnostic tests. Creates treatment plans.
• Initiates appropriate referrals to specialists and hospital programs.
• Works with practice management to ensure proper compliance with billing and coding.
• Provides quality supervision of residents, medical students, nurses, medical assistants, and other clinical staff at the site.

Requirements

• CT State license, DEA, CSR (active or applied preferred) but not required.
• Residency training in Neurology.
