Urology Locums Coverage

Facility in Bismarck, ND seeking Urology locums coverage.

Job Description

• Orientation $150/hr (typically 3-8 hours long)
• On Call (Daily) $2300 - Per 24 hours to include 4 hours gratis
• Call Back $325/hr per hour of patient contact hours, after gratis hours are completed
• Holiday - 1.5x regular rates
• Average callback hours: 1-5 hours
• Schedule/Availability Requirements: 1 weekend per month. It would be Friday morning to Monday morning, 24-hour call. Ongoing coverage needed.
• Weekend Call duties
• Required Procedures: cystoscopy, cystoscopy and dilation
• EMR: EPIC
• Support Staff: 3 RNs, 1 CNA
• Reason for Coverage: Assist permanent provider with call and clinic
• Dealbreakers: None

Requirements

• Board Certified Urology - Preferred
• Will accept Board Eligible providers if they are within 5 years from residency
• North Dakota License - Highly Preferred

Additional Details

• Timeframe for credentialing: 90 days
• Completed credentialing application, ND license, DEA license, supplemental documentation, case logs required
• 1-3 patients daily
• Number of surgeries: 3-4 scheduled and emergent cases
• Providers will do rounding during the week on their post-op patients and inpatient consults if on day call
• The clinic is located in the hospital
• 15-20 patients scheduled per day in the clinic with 2-3 in-clinic procedures per day
• On surgery days, there will typically be 4 surgeries scheduled
