Physician Senior Vice President of Clinical Operations

We have an opening for a Physician Senior Vice President of Clinical Operations (SVP) to be based in our Hollywood, Florida office. The Physician SVP of Clinical Operations will be responsible for overall clinical management of our organization. Our ideal Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathy will hold a current unrestricted Florida Medical License or be in the process of obtaining one. We are growing rapidly and need someone willing to roll up their sleeves.

Our organization provides expert wound care services wherever the patient resides, saving time and eliminating the cost of co-pays and transportation expenses. Utilizing a telehealth-based platform where bedside clinicians collaborate with wound care nurses in a call center, we provide comprehensive wound care to health plan and medical group patients, skilled nursing facilities, and assisted living facilities, utilizing the most advanced wound care products.

Job Description

• Ensure proper clinical standards and protocols are followed
• Develop improved communication and workflow between clinicians and office staff
• Assist in developing an improved platform for Care Management Team with data capture
• Develop a more streamlined and comprehensive education program at all levels with improved reporting
• Assist with business development in strategic opportunities
• Develop an Associate Medical Director engagement outreach program
• Monitor clinical data and outcomes
• Assist with analytic dashboard development
• Review clinical onboarding procedures, education, and training
• Manage and continually improve clinical rounds with the plans and groups
• Other duties and projects as assigned by the company

Requirements

• Florida state medical license is preferred
• Must have corporate/leadership/operational experience
• Must have direct management experience
• Insurance carrier experience preferred
