As a member of the Health Support Center (HSC) team, you'll support those in our facilities who are interfacing and providing care to our patients and community members to positively impact our mission of making communities healthier.

Job Description

• Schedule: 5x8+ Days (6a-4p) rotating call weekends/rotating holidays
• Work in a 7-bed Operating Room (OR) with a 1:1 patient ratio, specializing in General Surgery, Urology, GYN, Ortho, ENT, and Cataract services
• Accurately perform patient assessments and identify patient needs
• Identify and initiate appropriate nursing interventions
• Provide care appropriate to the condition and age of the patient
• Perform timely and appropriate documentation relating to medical necessity in the medical record
• Provide post-procedure and recovery care
• Engage in patient education and advocacy

Requirements

• Current state RN license and a nursing degree from an accredited program
• Basic Life Support certification required within 30 days of hire
• ACLS and PALS required within six months of hire
• One year of experience preferred
• TNCC, NRP, ENPC, CEN preferred
