As a member of the Health Support Center (HSC) team, you'll support those that are in our facilities who are interfacing and providing care to our patients and community members to positively impact our mission of making communities healthier.

    Job Description

    • Work in a 19-bed Adult Behavioral Health Unit treating a variety of diagnoses such as Major Depressive Disorder (MDD), Bipolar Disorder, Schizophrenia, Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD), and Substance Use Disorder (SUD).
    • Accurately perform patient assessments and identify patient needs.
    • Identify and initiate appropriate nursing interventions.
    • Utilize crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques.
    • Perform timely and appropriate documentation relating to medical necessity in the medical record.
    • Conduct timely and accurate quality improvement assessments.

    Requirements

    • Current state RN license.
    • Degree from an accredited nursing school.
    • Basic Life Support certification required within 30 days of hire.
    • ACLS and PALS required within six months of hire.
    • One year of experience preferred.
