Job Description

• Schedule opportunity is 8a-4:30p M-F
• Outpatient
• Currently have 3 physicians and 1 APP
• Average daily patient volume is 15
• Minor procedures may include Botox and some skin biopsies

Requirements

• MD or DO degree
• Will need to obtain a WV state medical license and DEA registration upon hire
• BE/BC in Neurology
• Completed an ACGME-accredited residency
