    Center Medical Director Primary Care (Outpatient)

    Job Description

    • The Center Medical Director (CMD) serves as both a practicing physician and clinical leader, overseeing all medical and operational aspects of the center. This role combines hands-on patient care with strategic leadership of physicians, nurse practitioners, and clinical staff to ensure delivery of high-quality, value-based care.
    • The CMD is responsible for optimizing clinical performance, fostering a collaborative care environment, and driving patient outcomes consistent with the organization’s mission and standards.

    Compensation & Benefits

    • Base Salary: $280,000 - $300,000
    • Total On-Target Earnings (OTE): $350,000+
    • Relocation Package: Available
    • 33 Days Paid Time Off (includes holidays, vacation, and CME)
