We are seeking a Primary Care Physician to join our growing network of innovative, neighborhood-based primary care centers serving local Medicare patient populations. Job Description

• Clinic Support: On-site lab and phlebotomist, access to RubiconMD specialist consultations
• Transportation: Complimentary van service for patients within 5 miles
• Team Composition: 3-5 providers per clinic (mix of NPs and Physicians)
• Community Engagement: Wellness classes, events, yoga, dance, and health-focused activities

Compensation

• Base Salary: $215,000 - $245,000 (commensurate with experience and location)
• Bonus: Quality and outcomes-based incentives
• Sign-On Bonus & Relocation Package: Available
