Join our Anesthesiology and Pain Consultants group in Memphis, Tennessee, and Northern Mississippi. We are a multidisciplinary group of professionals dedicated to understanding patients in pain through assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of pain-related disorders. Our goal is to provide relief from pain through a multidisciplinary approach and rehabilitate patients to a productive lifestyle.

Job Description

• Compensation: Base around $400k in the first year, with total compensation in the $500k+ range. The first-year base salary would be higher, and then in year two, the base would decrease some while the incentive would be heavier, allowing for more upside.
• Start date: ASAP
• Office hours: Monday-Thursday 7:30 AM - 4 PM, Friday 8 AM - 12 PM
• Patient volume: Average of 20 patients on a full day
• Support staff: 3 Nurse Practitioners, 5 Physician Assistants
• Physicians: 4 Interventional Pain Specialists, 1 Neurologist
• Most commonly treated conditions: Post-surgical pain, burning pain, peripheral/diabetic neuropathy, fibromyalgia, neck and back pain, headaches/migraines, carpal tunnel syndrome, discs

Requirements

• Clear and active license in the state of employment
• Board certification in chronic pain or pain medicine (BC/BE in pain medicine)
• Willingness to hire a Fellow or new graduate
• Residency in Anesthesia (preferred but not required)
• Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (only if boarded in pain; not preferred candidate but would consider)
• Willingness to travel between Memphis and the Northern Mississippi location (only 13 miles apart)
