Job Description

• Work 34 hours per week receiving full-time benefits. Sunday - Wednesday or Wednesday - Saturday.

• Attend 2-3 weeks of training, with the first week at your primary location and partially remote, and the second and third weeks including traveling to multiple clinics in the area.
• Provide a rewarding mix of care including preventive care, illness and injury diagnostics, wellness exams, and procedures.
• Practice in state-of-the-art neighborhood clinics with a well-organized practice model.
• Provide evidence-based medical care.
• Practice confidently with on-demand access to a Physician.

Requirements

• Physician Assistant: Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies with certification by the NCCPA OR Family Nurse Practitioner: Master of Science in Nursing - Family Nurse Practitioner.
• Must have at least 1-2 years of experience post-graduation working in urgent care, primary care, or emergency care.
• Experience seeing patients of all ages.
• Must be able to demonstrate 2000 hours of work experience at the time of job offer.
• Eligible to participate in the Medicare program.

Compensation

• Salary Range: $130,000 - $145,000 per year plus bonus potential and shift pay. This range is approximately equivalent to $73 - $82 per hour.
• Sign-on bonus or relocation assistance eligible up to $15,000.

Working Conditions

• Standing for long periods of time.
• Vaccinated against Hepatitis B, MMR, PPD, Varicella (Chickenpox), TD/TDAP, and COVID-19.
• Fit tested for an N-95 mask; must be clean-shaven where the respirator seals to the face for fit testing or when wearing the respirator.
• Must wear a mask as needed.
• Clinical timelines and work volume/deadlines may require more than your scheduled hours per week or work outside of regular business hours to complete essential duties of this job.
• Ability and willingness to move to a different clinic location based on business needs.
