- Perform waived, moderate, and high complexity tests as authorized by the Director
- Report results following established procedures
- Participate in quality control procedures and comply with quality assurance and quality management standards
- Perform specimen collection as necessary

**Requirements**

- All candidates must have a 4-year degree, even if an MLT
- MT: Bachelor's degree in medical laboratory science/medical technology from an accredited college or university; or Bachelor's degree in chemical, physical, or biological sciences
- At least 1 year of pertinent full-time clinical laboratory experience or training preferred
