**Job Description**

- Our four current otolaryngologists refer to this as the "Goldilocks" of job opportunities.
- A large enough group to limit time spent on call, but a community hospital to avoid the stressors of a regional institution.
- This position will bring our group to 5 otolaryngologists with the goal of increasing to 6.
- Flexibility to create a specific niche within the department, with consideration for candidates with fellowship training.
- 4-day work week, and 6 weeks of vacation time, allows plenty of free time to enjoy all the area has to offer.
- Competitive base salary on par with a 5-day work week, which is permanent and not a short-term teaser.

**Requirements**

- MD/DO Board Certified/Board Eligible in Otolaryngology at time of employment.
- Ability to be licensed in the State of Washington.
- DEA, NPI and prescription authority.
- Current BLS for Healthcare Providers certification by the American Heart Association.

**Benefits**

- Base salary: $465,000, plus production bonus and quality bonus.
- 4-day work week, 32 patient contact hours.
