Join our team in Silvis, Illinois, where we offer a comprehensive OB/GYN position that includes both inpatient and outpatient services. Our state-of-the-art birthing center features a collaborative environment with experienced staff dedicated to providing exceptional care.

**Job Description**

- Cover both inpatient and outpatient services
- Required procedures include fetal monitoring, low-risk pregnancy management, and FHR interpretation (NST/CST/FSE)
- Perform and interpret OB ultrasounds
- Manage routine deliveries (vaginal, low forceps) and make decisions for C-sections
- Handle complicated deliveries (C-section, breech, multiple births, abruptions, VBACs) and repair 3rd & 4th degree lacerations
- Conduct office/minor gynecology procedures (IUD, cystoscopy, colposcopy, cryosurgery, LEEP; laparoscopic diagnostic/minor procedures)
- Perform operative/major procedures (ectopic pregnancy, ovary removal, cystectomy, extensive LOAs)
- Work in a birthing center with 16 LDRP rooms and a Level II nursery
- Participate in rotating call (1:4)
- Partner with local FQHC for safety net care to women in the community
- Total number of beds: 15; number of exam rooms: 2 plus procedure room
- Onsite ultrasound available; average number of scheduled patients per day based on physician's comfort
- Goal of 3 physicians in practice with future support from 2 APPs
- Support staff includes seasoned RNs and support staff in both clinic and hospital
