The physician will join a primary care team consisting of physicians and advanced practice providers who specialize in this care. The full-time positions are located in the primary care clinics on our Austin and Albert Lea Campuses. Care is provided in skilled nursing facilities in and around the Austin and Albert Lea communities. The physician will work collaboratively with advanced practice providers to provide holistic care including acute, chronic, preventive, and palliative care services.
