Weekend Requirements

Open Dates:

- April 3, 13, 16
- May 11-14, 20
- Sporadic PRN coverage with potential for future dates

**Job Description**

- Surgery setting
- EMR: Epic
- Supervised by an anesthesiologist
- 20 surgical cases per day including endoscopy
- Level 4 trauma
- Patient demographic: Pediatrics to geriatric
- Annual volume: 13,000
- Fully staffed OR
- 2 ORs, 1 endoscopy suite

**Requirements**

- Board Certified
- BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications
- Active Michigan license (not accepting IMLC or Compact)
  - Will accept someone needing a license
- Self-Query NPDB (must be pulled within the month)
- COVID Vaccine required
- Must be experienced and comfortable working independently
- Local/Drive-In Candidates only (no flights)
